Kayte Connelly CCT is an award winning author, leadership coach and organizational development consultant. She has over 25 years of experience in community leadership and has worked in business, education, government and the arts. As Chief Solutions Officer for Best Principled Solutions LLC, she is a successful change agent, leadership coach and consultant and designs systems that assist individuals and organizations in dreaming big and accomplishing those dreams.

Connelly’s ideal client would be an individual or organization that has recently been down-sized, up-sized or right-sized; individuals and organization that have gone through or are experiencing extreme change and needs the tools to successfully get un-stuck and/or gain more productivity.

A Philadelphia Women’s Yellow Pages “Woman of Accomplishment,” Connelly has overseen the creation of two art galleries, chamber mergers and social enterprises. Her accomplishments include growing a jazz festival to international status (from 18 to 138 events); serving as the executive producer of a major music awards presentation working closely with artists such as Bonnie Raitt, Chuck Jackson, Kenny Gamble; and being recognized at an event held in her honor at the home of Motown creator Berry Gordy for her work with the Rhythm & Blues Foundation. She has been recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2009 and 2010 for her efforts in Corporate Philanthropy.

A "cultivator", Connelly works with individuals and organizations who want more for their businesses and personal lives; executives interested in leaving a legacy of leadership in their wake.
